Video #1 - AJ Abs, The Video - The first in a series motivated by endless letters and email asking "How did you get that body?" Aj DiCaprio lets the secret out in this tell all 45 minute one on one training session.   Hear testimonials from those who have been on his program.  He takes you back to High School where he was once a skinny shy kid and proves that anyone with knowledge and determination can recreate themselves. Go behind the scenes at one of the New York area's hottest nightclubs as the cameras follow him to an appearance and signing of his spread in gym Magazine .  Hundreds of screaming fans demand autographs, photographs and an on stage look at these legendary abs.  Then gears change as he becomes serious and shirtless to pump up each abdominal block to show you how it "should" be done. Aj introduces you to new comer 19 year old Matthew Horner who aspires for a better body. Having the same body type Aj did, he mentors Matt first in getting a wider thicker back and sculpting dramatically defined lateral muscles. After the back routine, Aj shows Matt how to develop the fullness and "high" peak to biceps.
