Bell Plantation PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter has all of the good parts about peanut butter, with 75% fewer calories and 85% less fat than regular peanut butter. It comes from freshly roasted peanuts. It’s the perfect choice for your post-op diet when your surgeon may ask you to avoid regular peanuts, nuts, and peanut butter because of the fat, calories, and trouble with digestion.
Chocolate PB2 adds premium cocoa to the original PB2 for a luscious chocolate peanut flavor that is absolutely delectable. Chocolate PB2 only tastes sinful, though, as it shares the same nutritional qualities as the original PB2.
Each serving has 5 grams of protein and 2 grams of dietary fiber. Mix the powder with water or another liquid to make a spread or dip, or add it to smoothies, oatmeal, or other recipes for a boost of protein and flavor.
